► :|| [War Terms] Sky Clan of Roblox vs. Black Hawk Brigade and Audax ||
⬖ Greetings members of the Sky Clan of Roblox, Black Hawk Brigade, Audax and C&Gers.
These will be the war terms that will be agreed upon by SCR, Black Hawk Brigade and Audax for a possible war. The first side to 15 raid wins will win this war. This will be a 2v1 war. If Black Hawk Brigade or Audax disagrees with any war terms, SCR is willing to make negotiations. All war terms are able to be reasoned with.

► :|| [Winning Raids]
⬖ Base capture
⬖ Failing to defend when High ranks are available online with proper evidence will result as a win for the raiding clan. BHB/Audax High Ranks must contact SCR Warlords+ for a raid at Waterway. I do not know whether you guys will accept the war and which fort you guys will be using if you guys do happen to accept. Therefore we can discuss this further after some discussion.
⬖ Exploiting will result in a void raid/defense, however if the server is exploited when the raiders has reached over 1125 seconds on the terminal, the win will count for the raiders. The terminal time is up to 1200 seconds at both forts.
⬖ If there is admin abuse from the defending team, the raiding team will gain one win.
⬖ If the server is purposely shutdown without a legitimate reason by the owner while a raid is in progress, the raiding team will gain a win.

⬖ The raiding team must notify the defending team 5 minutes prior to the raid. The defending High Rank must respond in a reasonable amount of time (5 minutes).
⬖ There MUST be 4 required defenders, one being admin, present in the server BEFORE the raiding team can flood the server.
⬖ The defending team CANNOT rally for a defense rally.
⬖ [Raid times will be negotiated by both sides]
⬖ NOTE: If you wish for no raid times and allow preflooding, SCR can agree to that since we are active in all timezones.

⬖ No lag switching will be allowed. The first warning will be kick, followed by a ban.
⬖ Swords only.
⬖ No allies allowed.
⬖ Silent admin is not permitted.
⬖ There will only be ONE High rank from the raiding team that will be given admin for a raid. The admin from the opposing team can use admin ONLY to check the logs.
⬖ There can be NO fort or place description updates during the war without the other clan leader’s approval.
⬖ Defending admins can only use admin to enforce rules of the base and usage must first be approved by both sides.
⬖ Flaming is not allowed. After receiving one warning, you will be muted.
⬖ Spamming will be an automatic mute.
⬖ If there are any issues that occur in a raid/defense, the Head of War from each clan is required to discuss what happened and the resulting consequences.

Kim, if Audax is at war with CN [not even sure how that is happening? CN doenst have a fort LOL], then we could change it to ZE+BHB. |

I am speaking not on behalf of Kadios obviously.
I am in Audax and have been active in it for a while now, and I can assure you that we won't be accepting since we still are focusing on recruitment and High Rank acceptance, and focusing on Cobalt nation.
Ask kadios but this is what I AM saying, I am not speaking on his behalf, if I was an appointed HR then I would be.

We'd still wait for the needed amount that you need, if it takes more then 5 minutes we will wait until you get enough as we are a patient group. |

Four why are you trying to make him look bad, CN and Audax have their own agenda, you can't force Kadios to do what you want, he has his own agenda.
I know zone, hell I am diplomat rank in CN, so I know what's going on in both groups lol. |
