My friend Superbuild7 recently got hacked, what do I do?
My friend called me saying it was hacked though but we have no control over it now.
Now my friend is scared from what the hacker is doing because everyone will think that it is him.

Also not much of a hacker if he already knew the pa$$word and E-mail. Maybe a personal "friend" Of your friend? |

If you have a hacked acc call ROBLOX and see what they can do,They will maybe shut it down,Downside is the one will maybe Delete all items,Take all your Bux,Or Even De-Activate the acc |

If your friend has no E-Mail, it will be very difficult for him to get it back. He would either have to hack the account information back or call a ROBLOX staff member. |

We can't login to it though, he's buying stuff with robux that was saved up and we know because we [ my brother and me ] are tracking "his" account Hes buying ODer stuff |

You should get your friend to email ROBLOX using the email that he verified with that account. Don't worry if the 'hacker' has changed the email on the account, ROBLOX can see previous emailed linked with any account.
Within the email, make sure your friend includes the following:
- The username of the 'hacked' account.
- The date (if known) of this incident.
- Why the account was 'hacked'? (if known) eg: gave away the log in details, downloaded a program ETC.
- Any other information.
ROBLOX may not be able to total restore everything that the 'hacker' did whilst on the account, however they will help as much as possible. Expect to wait up to 4 working days for a response to the email. |
