This thread Is for stating my terms for not leaving RR,
Why I'm going to leave:
First off, There's been much going on In RR, MUCH, Let me start off with something that happened In the beginning of 2014 which made me quit ROBLOX In the first place
There was a mandatory training order for all the HR's In RR that was placed In December of 2013, making It so every HR must host atleast 1 time a week so we can have all HR's be active and know they aren't seeding Into a Inactive stage, I had been hosting 2-3 times a week, this was no problem for me, but one week In the beginning of 2014 I was very busy and couldn't find the time to host, and was demoted, all the other HR's where hosting about, And I explained my perfectly valid reason for not hosting, but nobody except 3 people actually cared (Not stating names), and even close friends where all out raging on me that I brought from the dirt onto the stage, one of my friends spoke up for me, here Is his actual quote posted on the group wall.
"Rex's demotion was the dumbest thing ever! He explained he was super busy that week with his life and got demoted, and you all seemingly turned on him for no reason when you all where close friends to him! What Is wrong with you people?!"
Not stating the name to the user who said that, but he was a close friend who, yet again, I brought up from the dirt to a great leader, The wall post was deleted, and he was frowned and shunned from RR, He eventually stopped protesting and I told him I understood, and told him thank you for saying what he said.
A week after I got demoted I told everyone I was just gonna quit Roblox because I got sick and tired of the things that where happening, everyone that I was close friends with and brought from the ground up turned on me for no reason whatsoever when I never did anything wrong, they all made me look like some sort of bad guy when I never did anything wrong. I said my goodbye's, but did anyone even care? NO! The only people who actually said goodbye where the 3 people I said I wasn't gonna state names (Besides my friends outside of the group) and everyone else didn't even say anything, I logged In 2 month's later just to see If things changed, NOPE, I followed some people In game just to see what was going on, any they didn't care, the wall was filled with discussion from many LR's that I had seemingly "Vanished" from RR, and many HR's where declining anything about me quiting ROBLOX or me getting demoted, attempting to keep this a hush-hush, Because I was demoted to a MR who didn't have full power I got my wall posts of the truth that I posted that day deleted on the group wall, and the Audit log at the time could only be viewed by MR's and HR's, so LR's couldn't find out what REALLY happened to me.
I eventually came back to ROBLOX In September of 2014, And I saw the condition RR was In, and It wasn't pretty, I saved the group for a short period of time gaining more life for It, but It Is not to last, Most/all of my time has been off doing RR things, and I get no cigar for this?
What I've done for RR:
I have done MANY things that shaped this group since 2011, a year after I joined ROBLOX, The list Is below
Getting almost every current HR to the rank they are at currently
Being one of the most active HR's, hosting trainings 2-3 times a week, mustering 8-12 members per training, and Improving LR's SF/GF skills
Founding the RRCG and putting It Into action (A Olympics for RR basically)
Suggesting the RRCP (Cadet Program)
Documenting almost all RR events from 2012, 2014 (Before I had quit ROBLOX) Which made me the official group Archivist.
That Is all, And honestly, It Is a lot, I've been playing ROBLOX for 5 years now, and 4 of them where In RR, pretty much doing nothing but things for RR, I could of been off building games and such, and I feel my time here has been seemingly wasted
My terms for not leaving RR:
I will not leave RR under these selected terms stated below:
Getting Promoted to Colonel
Reason : I haven't been promoted In 3 years, since 2012, I've been the same rank for 3 years, and look at the things I've done for RR, read the above AGAIN and think about this, I deserve a promotion.
Becoming a part of RR's tech team
Reason : so the leader/Retired member of RR can do other things while they have someone experienced with building off buildings things for RR (My reason for this being that projects are taking WAAYYY too long and have been getting too many resources/time devoted to them, this would save KNEX and our retired veteran who has been making tech for RR time, and let KNEX deal with RR Issues)
Getting more respect from RR
Reason : Even though I was active back In 2013, early 2014, I was getting little to no respect from HR's to LR's (Atleast the ones I had been training to get them up In RR had been respectful) and people would Insult me on the wall, Some cases I would demote them for profanity (Sometimes EXTREME)because It was so bad, when I was simply asking people to listen to me at Trainings for what we where doing, simple things like that, and they would flip out at me for no reason, ALOT of them,
Not many people know this, but I used to be a HR In RUSF before It shutdown (2012-2013)I was In the 5th highest rank, and people had a HIGH and MAD level of respect for me, and I was always very thankful for that, Whether I went to a fort when RUSF was patrolling, or went to a training some other HR was hosting, I was very respected by all the LR'S, MR'S, and HR's alike, I was very appreciative for the level of respect I got from people and I always thanked them, I was a very known and liked HR In RUSF, And I don't get the same respect, and I have done WAY more for RR then I did RUSF, I did do things that helped out In RUSF, but nothing was very big In RUSF that I did, And I got all this respect from little things that helped out RUSF from here and there. Which I felt I didn't deserve at the time, but In RR I definitely deserve this respect.
Those 3 terms are my terms for not leaving RR,
RR used to be fun, but now It's like slave labor, RUSF was ALWAYS fun, sure we didn't have all the advanced forts that all the big clans out there did, but we had 7.3K members, and where just a group of gamers, who wanted to have fun In the group, and we ALWAYS did, Sure, all groups/clans have the times where Trainings are full of Immature noobies who don't listen to anyone and It's frustrating, but those where EXTREMELY rare, I only ever went to 3-4 that where like that, In my 1 and 3 quarters of a year of being In RUSF (I left RUSF after quiting ROBLOX because of RR, I figured I would never come back to ROBLOX, and here I am now).
I'm not saying RUSF was better then RR, the fun factor of both was even from 2012-late 2013 when It started getting difficult, I liked RUSF better then RR, but RR needed someone like me who was experienced with groups/clans So I stayed, And I met really good people In RR, RUSF I didn't make exactly a lot of friends, all of the people who used to be In RUSF don't even talk to me anymore, which Is harsh.
