You have to buy a new OS or computer.

you pretty much screwed it up.
you'll have to buy a new OS (operating system; windows 7/8.1 etc)
if you have a spare device, you can download linux as your temporary os(will have problem running roblox) you should also look up how to use install it onto your pc as it's not a click and your done.

Nvm, I forgot that I decided not to delete system 32, but rn my PC was unplugged that's why I couldn't turn it on. Thank you for your inputs |
