It's one of the worst goals that roblox has been trying to do. I don't even know how they thought about that.
ROBLOX is a game about building things with blocks. It HAS "blox" in it's NAME.
What kinda game called "ROBLOX" would be realistic, it doesn't make any sense.
I recommend that they take some features that make roblox "realistic" off. |

You have it all wrong.
ROBLOX isn't trying to force anything on anyone. They add realistic features for other developers to use for themselves. The developers are solely responsible for what style they create their game.
In other words, deal with the decisions the developer has made for his/her game.

I like the realistic brick aspect of it, since i am a developer.
I just hate the packages like 2.0, 3.0 and all the packages that defy the word 'blox'

Old roblox was capable of nothing at all. I don't want my game looking like pixelated crap, I want it to have super good graphics like steam games. The only reason old Roblox was better is because the community was great, no ODers, hackers, scammers, or spammers. The textures are nice, but the community is not.
Old roblox had fun, simple games that you could easily get to the front page and not having to make a really nice game to get it to the front page. |

I think Roblox should be realistic. Roblox already has several unrealistic flaws and glitches such as hinges flopping around and doubling as springs AND hinges, or making the creation fly away or crash that are utterly annoying. If you build something too heavy it may sink, but in truth with the right design it should float. This is not always the case in Roblox.

Roblox should be realistic, in my opinion. Roblox makes more realistic updates to ensure that game developers are making better and more pretty games. You wouldn't want Twisted Murder or Work at a Pizza place to be made purely of unrealistic bevels, with the knives being meshless blocks and the pizzas being cylinders with differently colored thinner cylinders on top (representing toppings) now, right? The Roblox admins even claimed that Roblox is a game about developing games.
Therefore, that is why Roblox is making more realistic updates. |
