Now hear me out, this isn't gonna be like the price floors.

Let me explain.
There's 'professional' model makers out there, who would like a reward for their rough work.
My idea is to be able to sell models in TIX and/or ROBUX. Please note: THE 'FREE' OPTION WILL STILL BE HERE. NBC's can sell models too, but get the regular marketplace fee. (-90%).
There are NO floors of selling an item, this could be 1 ticket, or 1 robux, whatever you decide.
This way, people can pay for more quality items. With this feature will come the option to trade models using the regular trade system (BC only). It'll also allow people to GIVE AWAY a model to a specified user, it'll appear as a system message in his/her inventory. He/she can click a link to get the item. (so you can't give famous people your models without them accepting). When they click the link, it'll appear as the usual buy screen. Getting into more details of the give away system, this way people will be able to GIVE or SELL a specified item to a specified user. Nobody else can buy the item, the button will be grayed out and say: 'This item is not for sale' like it usually does. This secure system will also cause less scammers to appear.
You can't cheat by inserting the model into studio. When you're logged out, you cannot see the model in your Toolbox. When you're logged in and try to insert the model, it'll pop a PromptPurchase. If you click cancel the model will not insert. InsertService will not work unless you're logged in and own the specified item.
Don't think you can cheat by buying a model, re-uploading it and selling it for free. This feature will add a new rule. If you copy items, the item will be removed. Just like, for an example, adult content picture or places. The name will turn into [Content Deleted] and so will the description. The asset will NOT be available for the InsertService within ROBLOX. They might as well remove the entire page, but that's up to them.
If you continuously re-upload items your account might be banned. As this will be breaking the new rule.
(so you will get warnings when you re-upload)
Owners of the re-uploaded model will not be banned, the item will simply be removed from their inventory. There's no way to stop someone saving it to their PC. There's no solution for that.
