Honoured members of the Republic Senate, Citizens of the Republic and anyone else this may concern! As publicly known, I, in my duty as Chancellor, have organised and assembled an Executive Cabinet to lead, manage and supervise the growing number of departments within our Republic. For this purpose, I have decided that the Cabinet shall be composed of myself, a Vice Chancellor, A Secretary, Three Coordinators, a tech Commissioner and the Supreme Commanders as dictated by the Constitution. I ask the Senate to vote on this Cabinet composition on the earliest convenience. Either if you're in favor of this composition as is, if you'd like to make an alteration or if you're completely against this structure. Supreme Chancellor: NicklasSantera The head of state of the Republic, head of the Cabinet and head of the Senate. Vice Chancellor: BenjaminUrvingIV Acting Chancellor in the Supreme Chancellor's absence and chief advisor to the Chancellor. Cabinet Secretary: BailOrganaTGCW Manager of the Cabinet's internal affairs and communications as well as a personal aide to the Chancellor. State Affairs Coordinator: Giantcooldude Coordinates the executive departments of Justice, Foreign Affairs and Internal Affairs. Public Affairs Coordinator: CaptainAlfonso Coordinates the departments of Events, Advertisement and Media. Note: Since the appointment of a Cabinet Secretary is not a delegation of executive powers, it does not technically require the Senate's consent, but I would of course prefer it for the simple fact that I believe the Chancellor works FOR the Senate.

I see an internal affairs manager, but I do not see an external affairs manager. I think an external affairs manager should be added to your cabinet. If one already exists, no need to find a new one, unless you deem it necessary, just add them to the cabinet list.
