No it is not. It is completely illegal because you are violating ROBLOX's terms and conditions, something that can get you jailed for years. It will do way more than get you banned. ROBLOX actually created some of the fake notifiers to catch people like you. If you've already started using one I suggest you destroy your computer, delete system 32, pack your bags and run, buddy. I've lost family members because of this, ROBLOX will go so far as to hire the mafia to go after you. Good luck, buddy. lol jk it's perfectly fine
