Idk whether to restart my pokemon team

My current team (On heartgold, The pokemon game i'm playing) is: Typhlosion- lvl 36 Gyarados (red)- lvl 35 Flaffy- lvl 29 Weepinbell- lvl 29 Pidgeotto- lvl 28 I have 7 gym badges and the team is unbalanced for where I'm at (Defeating team rocket at radio tower) I can't think of a 6th pokemon for that team I woukd use Umbreon but it would take ages for me to raise the eevee to evolve by friendliness the night is no problem I want to build a new team around Chikorita (Magenium) as grass is my fav type.. I was thinking for a team: Meganium Gyarados (Red) Ninetales Xatu Ampheros Espeon r8 the team and post any changes it could have for example Umbreon instead of Espeon or Fearow instead of Xatu (I don't like Pidgeot, I am using in my current team and it is quite bad a lvl up's and Zubat takes forever to lvl up

Yet again changing fire type as Magcargo isn't even in the johto region. Magmar instead so it would be: Meganium Gyarados (Red) Magmar Xatu Ampheros Espeon I've used magmar in the past and it can get to be a good pokemon
