Optimise the stamper tool for smooth terrain.

With the release of smooth terrain, the stamper tool needs to be updated with new icons and to be compatible with the smooth terrain. I know the stamper tool is rather outdated and not a good choice for building, but it's used in Personal Build Servers, and without an update to the tool, you can only use Studio to use the terrain properly, which can be a hassle for PBS owners. Thank you.
