HOW DO I convert terrain to smooth

ok so i go to terrain, and i click convert to smooth. then i click convert when the gui comes up. Nothing happens. What'd i do wrong?

Kids smooth terrain works. The reason it didn't work was because of one of the plugins that have been previously been installed on your pc. Uninstall all your current plugins and restart studio and then it will work!

I had to uninstall f3x and now the terrain system works. I'm lying, it was a fix for me. If it doesn't work for you it's either a problem with your knowledge on how to use studio or a roblox error that they need to fix from their end. Plugins can affect how ROBLOX studio works so don't jump to conclusions and say I'm lying..
