I think there should be a feature (for all, bc or not) where when your customizing your character, you are able to spin your character, so you can see if the creator of a shirt put something rude (or like lololololol roflflflflf i ruined this shirt!) or the name of someone else on the back.) But yeah, its not thatt hard to do.

There needs to be a dressing room where you can try clothes BEFORE you buy them -__- Besides looking at the template...lol

You can insert them in studio if you want to try them on. That simple. The online website cannot change views, its not possible using their methods.
