New graphic settings

Roblox needs new graphic settings... Something to replace the graphics bar. The graphics bar doesn't even have anti aliasing and if your on a 4k monitor you can still see pixels

If you can seriously see pixels on a 4k monitor then: Your resolution isnt set to 4k (3840x2160) OR Your monitor isn't 4k

"+remove 60fps cap" yeah. it's becoming for common for people to have good computers, and it is quite fun to be faster than laggy noobs who have potatoes for computers and play at 20fps. increase cap to 120fps so ya!! i'll be supr fast m8s11 Halt, Tropfen und explodieren.

You wont see the difference between 60fps and 120fps unless you have a 120hz monitor. Along with that, since people are using RenderStepped for smooth motion, if they remove the cap, it'll mess up A LOT of scripts
