Get a better appeals team

In my experience on ROBLOX I have been banned multiple times and only one member of the appeals team was helpful. Everyone else either responded with messages that appeared to be automated or replied saying (and I paraphrase) "casual racism is okay, but if you get annoyed enough to respond to the casual racism (as you should, you pathetic Jew), you're going to get permabanned!" So yeah, I recommend hiring an appeals team that don't all have sticks up their asses.

Support. Roblox's appeal team is terrible. One of my 2010 accounts was deleted. The ban screen? "Your behavior is not tolerated on Roblox" No examples No proof No anything. I appealed. Same story. "You have broken the rules several times." No proof No examples.

Support. I've only ever appealed once, and it was for a 1-dayer, but by the time I got a response at all my ban was over. The response I got sounded like it came from a robot, not a person, and nothing was done anyway.

Appeals team is good and the majority isn't going to have the patience to reply to spam and trash messages. If your message is illogical and idiotic I'm sure they're going to respond with what seems to be automated. From my past experiences, The appeals team helped me thoroughly with all my problems and I'm grateful for that. They couldn't be any better.

Support. When I appealed last year I received what was clearly an automated message which had no proof or evidence of took place. They completely ignored the fact that I did nothing wrong at the time and what the offence that allegedly took place has been committed many times since. It is clear that we need a human appeals team that will actually listen to us.
