Roblox has good reasons, contrary to popular belief. You do not need to have millions of friends, only the people you actually would consider a friend. Many people don't know half the people on their friend list and will just accept random friend requests because they can. People need to learn to pick and choose good friends instead of having millions of "friends".

I believe that the friend limit should be even lower, but that's just me.

What is the friend limit?

Whilst I agree with this concept, you have to put into perspective the people that have worked months or years to get a huge amount of friends for a personal challenge, rather than caring about the list all together. People have used it for fun, and even when it's not doing that, ROBLOX strictly tells us how we should have friends; something many could believe is good, or something many could believe is bad. ✿ڿڰۣ—

"Worked hard to get a huge amount of friends" Friends are for actual friends. Followers are for random people.

You have claimed that 'You do not need to have millions of friends, only the people you actually would consider a friend'. 'only the people you actually would consider a friend' Some people consider the millions of 'friends' that they have as 'friends', I am pretty sure of that as I myself have met such people before. I am assuming that their definition of a 'friend' may differ from yours, otherwise, they wouldn't accept random friend requests. You also claimed that 'Many people don't know half the people on their friend list and will just accept random friend request because they can'. 'Many people don't know half the people on their friend list' Statistics, please. 'will just accept random friend request because they can'. Let's get to some examples of friend requests that are contrary to your claim. Some people accept friend requests so as to let people PM them, and afterwards, those 'friends' would be removed. The second example would be for famous people to maintain their popularity with fans, some examples being loleris, Bereghost and some moderators. Now, before you people start attacking my opinion, let me state my opinion on the friend limit clearly. The F&F update was an update that allowed people to stalk you easily just by the touch of one button called 'Follow'. I wasn't at all happy with this, and ROBLOX decided to add on a 'Friend limit' that forced all the players to convert to 'Non-Accepters of Random Friend Requests'. By now, you'll have known that I have absolutely no support for the friend limit, so here are my arguments to the most boring and common arguments that I've seen in S&I regarding this. 1. The human brain can only handle 150 friends! People may have their own definition of 'friend' that may differ from yours. 2. You don't need so many friends. Pretty much the same answer as (1) If you are assuming that I am one of those people who accepted random friend requests in the past, please take note that I didn't accept random friend requests as I hated being stalked. My friends list always had a figure less than 100. However, ROBLOX made a system which people could use to stalk others without having to worry about being rejected, and forced players to have a friend limit. I hope that those who're going to counter my claims will respond using constructive criticism.

'Roblox has good reasons, contrary to popular belief'. They probably had a good intent, but they implemented the system in the wrong way.

The limit is 200.... Are there really 200 people you talk to everyday or at least once a week on ROBLOX? Unless your super famous I doubt it. I think the limit is fine o.o

Agreed. Friends list should be for REAL friends, not random people you maybe talk to once or twice and never talk/play with again.

Noobs keep sending me friend requests, yet I decline them.... They don't even talk to me, so what's the point of become a friend to someone you haven't even met or had a conversation with? 100% agree with OP.
