Different forum posts for different forums

I mean let's say I'm in OT, I have 5000 posts and I want to go to RT to chat but I want to be new in that forum so I want my post count to go to 0 in that forum.

Umm..... This is actually pretty controversial.. For example, say a c&ger goes to LMaD for the first time and is shoo'd away... uh... Nah, this will cause tons of BS over people arguing they aren't new to the forums.
