Longer moderator notes

I've noticed a lot of people complaining about not knowing why they were banned/warned. So I think it would be helpful to add a system that allows the moderators to type out why something is against the rules and include that in the message.

The main reason I support because, maybe that noobish guest you see in game JOINS ROBLOX. He doesn't know the rules yet, and act immature, gross, or do anything against the rules. The thing would just say what it usually says. Not why. They wouldn't know WHAT they did wrong.
