As of June 6, 2015, The Roblox Assault Team hereby declares hostilities against FEAR, RSF, and VS. In good faith we enter this war with the assumption that all war terms as agreed, read, and approved by both sides will be upheld.
All three factions have been alerted of the war, well over a week ago. FEAR Second in Command AceSIayer has outright refused to accept any sort of contact made by The Roblox Assault Team in an act of cowardice. Both VS and RSF have failed to continue to respond to our attempts at contact, prompting this declaration.
We are 200% willing to negotiate changes to our base providing that those changes are reasonable. We will not be taking no for an answer regarding this war declaration if negotiations have yet to take place. We are also willing to negotiate war term changes. There are no excuses for negotiations not to take place.
To determine the victorious side of this war, FEAR, VS, and RSF must obtain a collective 40 raid victories against The Roblox Assault Team. On the other side, The Roblox Assault Team must obtain at least 8 raid victories on each clan; however, The Roblox Assault Team must obtain a collective total of 40 raid victories against the opposing clans. All three factions are encouraged to temporarily ally to allow for increased communication. In the event this occurs, these groups must have allies at their base count to an official server. Preventing a base from becoming official by flooding it with allies is not tolerated, and after twenty minutes will count as a win.
The terms of war are as follows;
⇒ [WB] All base updates must be approved by the leader before they occur.
⇒ [INV] Defensive victories do not go toward the war score, they are only for morale.
⇒ [WB] Both clans should have a raid code that includes a unique code, time, and date.
⇒ [DV] Refusing to defend (purposely keep a server invalid) or not showing up (not validating at all) in 20 minutes to a server that provides adequate room for the defenders will result in a win.
⇒ [WB] Each clan is to implement a script to kick all members outside of the participating factions.
⇒ [WB] The usage of allies is strictly prohibited.
⇒ [INF] Both sides are to abide by the ROBLOX Terms of Service.
⇒ [INV] Exploiting and cheating of any way, shape, or form is strictly prohibited. Any victories gained with the usage of these exploits will be invalidated.
⇒ [WB] All participating clans are required to alter their administrative commands so that logs of usage of the commands are public for anyone to view at any time.
⇒ [INV] Counting a victory obtained before the publishing of this thread is strictly prohibited. All three opposing factions have until the official start of the war to get into contact with The Roblox Assault Team, and begin negotiations. Doing so will result in the raid victories achieved being reset. Failure to do so will not reset these raid victories.
⇒ [INV] The usage of mercenaries from this point on is strictly prohibited. If evidence is found, the mercenaries will be banned from the opposing fort and the server is invalidated.
⇒ [DV] Servers that are “magically” shut down after 85% of the raid timer has elapsed count as victories.
Violations of these war terms will lead to several punishments, that may range from an invalidated win to a premature, outright declaration of victory - though these specific punishments are reserved for only the largest violations. The above war terms were tagged with specific punishments (which can be interpreted in any way depending on the severity), which will be elaborated on below;
⇒ [WB]: Withhold Base, should one faction violate a war term labeled with this tag, they may inactivate their fort until the problem is solved. Abuse of this violation will not be tolerated, and it must be made clear why this is occurring. Unreasonable withholding will result in further infractions, potentially resulting in a declaration of victory.
⇒ [INV]: Invalidate, should one faction violate a war term labeled with this tag, the server will be invalidated and will not count to the official warscore
⇒ [DV]: Default Victory, should one faction violate a war term labeled with this tag, or do something marked with this tag, the opposing faction will gain one victory to their warscore
⇒ [INF]: Infraction, should one faction violate a war term labeled with this tag, the opposing faction must remove the perpetrator from the server.
The war will officially begin on June 8, 2015 (this can be increased to a later date if agreed on by RAT). Both sides have from now until the official war date to set up their bases in preparation for the war and contact Great Admiral Fabiao or the Grand Admiral (me) for negotiations.
