Hast Du ein hell Rot Auto? |
|
|
informal: Hast du ein hellrote Auto
formal: Haben Sie ein hellrote Auto
I'm not sure if it's ein or eine |

I'm native Dutch so German would feel more natural to me than it would to you probably
hell- = bright
rot = red
bright red = hellrot
which is grammatically similar to dutch:
licht- = bright
rood = red
bright red = lichtrood
but:
bright red car = hellrote Auto = lichtrode auto
all nouns are capitalized (but apparently not colours, I'm unsure) |
|
|
If you said that to anyone older than you, you would probably be slapped
Haben Sie ein Auto in hell Rot
I think that's how you do it, idk |

Hell = light
Dunkel = dark |
