Preface: The next few bodies will be proposed to the Osmanli Council within the next couple of days. This bill says that Non-HC's can become a Minister in only a few spots. The only one not allowed is Defense.
Body 1: There will be 5 steps in making a Non-HC a Minister. Here they follow:
Step 1: Flesk, The Grand Vezir, or Sultanim must approach the Non-HC and ask them. It CANNOT Be the other way around.
Step 2: The Non-HC must fill out a specially made application for the Minister position and send it to Flesk. From there it goes to Sultanim.
Step 3: If Sultanim approves the application, the Non-HC will be put in that minister position for 2 weeks. Along those two weeks the Non-HC must record 2 Hours of themself doing their job. And must also record 7 tasks the Sultanim gives relating to the job. Those 7 tasks do NOT go with the 2 hours.
Step 4: The Logs must be submitted.
Step 5: Sultanim must decide to make them Minister. If approved, they become Minister.
Conclusion: If this Minister messes up, they will be exiled without notice by Sultanim. No exceptions. |
