First of all, I welcome you all to the group assuming you have joined or pending.
This group aims for nothing but just one thing: fun reenacting on a game. Giving a chance for our history live in good matters here. We don't support ANY type of racism and we are not connected to any groups that you see almost everyday that pretty much supports racism in their own way, nor any political side/party.
Basic Rules:
1- You address ranks that is higher then you Herr or Fraulein (depending on their gender) and then their rank. For example: "Herr Oberst X" or "Fraulein Oberst X". Keep in mind that to be adressed with Herr or Fraulein, you have to be the rank Unteroffizier (Corporal) and above it.
2- Killing a fellow fellow comrade NO MATTER who it is or what he/she has done is FORBIDDEN. If they do something wrong, you report to a high rank. (If a high rank is doing something wrong, you report it to someone with a higher rank them him/her)
3-Body packages are NOT to be used. Only regular body package is allowed. Uniforms are to be always worn in all of our bases. If you can't afford it, use the uniform givers at our bases which will be provided. Plus, you should be wearing the headgear provided in the bases too.If you want to buy the uniform, it's in the group store. Wear the matching ones.
4- You have to respect BOTH your comrades and enemies. You don't have to like them, but you have to respect.
5- Regenning the vehicles without permission can result in a ban/demotion/exile.
6- Don't EVER ask for rank-ups or free promotions.
7- Only Unteroffizier+ ranks can take command when there is no one else higher rank them him/her around.
8-Flamers/disrespectful acts are NOT tolerated in this group no matter who it is aimed at. When you go to a place connected to FBN or when you represent FBN anywhere you must act mature, reasonable and be respectful to anyone, even your enemy. You leave your political ideas/views outside when you enter one of our places.
9- Admins are not to gear themselves/insert models, unless permission from me.
Rules For Ranks Between Schutze-Unteroffizier:
1- You are the backbone of this group but the lowest ranks in group too. You should do well and be respected among your comrades.
2- Respect orders from your officers. If it's an order that doesn't make any sense or shouldn't be ordered, you report it to someone higher then them or me.
3- If you see officers admin abusing, you report it to me.
4- Always wear the provided uniforms at our bases and headgear.
5- Follow the lead of your officers and you will do good.
Rules for Ranks Between Unteroffizier-Leutnant:
1- Congratulations! You have passed the first stage of this group and made it to these ranks. Now men will look upon you as a role model and your officers will count on you. It's finally your chance to shine bright, and "climb the stairs" of ranking up in FBN.
2- You are supposed to act mature and reasonable. As mentioned on the first part, both officers and soldiers will be looking up on you and you should be trustful. Don't let anyone down.
3- Things get a bit harder here. You will get more responsible to everyone in group.
4- These ranks are like a "training" and "warm up" for officer ranks (Leutnant+ and Hauptmann+). So you should be able to act like a bright officer of the future.
Rules for Ranks Between Leutnant-Hauptmann:
1- This section of ranks isn't very different from previous except that you can co-host trainings and co-command soldiers at bases UNDER command of a Hauptmann+
Rules for Ranks Between Hauptmann-Major:
1- Well done! You have finally stepped into the world of senior officership. You have most probably proved yourself both in combat and leadership and got to these ranks.
2- Now high command will count on you, so don't try to let them down at all!
3- Now you can start hosting trainings at these ranks.
4- If you want someone to be promoted, you tell/message an Major and they will do the promoting part. For example: You host a training or a patrol and you think one of the soldiers or several ones shall be promoted. You tell it to an Major with a good reason. If they find it enough, they will promote the soldiers.
5- Raids ONLY can be hosted by Majors with the permission from me. But in few cases, I can give permission to you if I see you worth enough. Anyone raiding in the name of FBN without permission will get demoted/exiled
6- You need to sharpen your skills on leading, combat and reaction on bitter conditions.
7- You shouldn't be a sensitive and easy to break-up type of guy/girl. You are in a type of military group and you are an officer. Your men should be able to depend on you. Fight the bitter conditions!
Rules for Command Elements:
1- Finally, you reached the high command in FBN. Now you will get closer with people, men will be listening to you even more. So what you say/do is VERY important.
2- You will have admin at our places. BUT, if you abuse your admin powers in ANY base against ANYONE. You will get punished/admin removed for sometime/demotion/exile. Admin is only to maintain order and get things in the order it should be.
3- Use the :crash command with admin, not :kick.
4- Flamers/disrespectful people from both sides are to be first warned. If they keep doing it they are to be :crashed'd or :ban'd after warnings are given.
