The points system will not be working out. This will be our up-to-date promotions/ranks system. LRs should have an easy time ranking up. It's easy for LRs. MRs is where the fun begins. Low Ranks will be promoted in almost every training. This would mean at the most, once a day. I do know some people who have stayed as the rank "Private" because they either never came to trainings or showed up late. MRs is where the fun begins. They will be getting separate trainings from MRs, and will most likely not get a promotion a day. At most, an MR will get two promotions a week. This is to make sure getting an HR is an honor, rather than everybody being an HR. MRs will also need to answer these questions: (COPY THE QUESTIONS BELOW AND SEND THEM TO ME WITH ANSWERS IF YOU ARE GOING FROM LR TO MR) 1) How long did it take you to get to L5? 2) What do you plan to do to support Bozenat Empire, if you become an HR? 3) Are you ready to go into the field of being in charge of fellow members? 4) Do you feel you deserve to be an MR? 5) On a scale from 1-10, how good do you think you are in Sword Fighting? 6) On a scale from 1-10, how good do you think you are in Gun Fighting? I will not specifically send a message asking these questions to you. You will need to go here, copy the questions above, and send them to me. HRs have the hardest job. They would've had to do all of the above to gain this rank, but also have to work to maintain it. For instance, if someone becomes a H1, he might want to stop there and enjoy his rank. Well, he won't be doing that for long. It's back to M5 for him. If you are new to the HRs field, you will need to be supervised by an H3+ when you are hosting a training. If there is no supervision, I will need to get a progress report as to what has happened in the training, who deserves a promotion, etc. To become an HR from an MR, you will [first] need to answer these questions: (COPY THESE QUESTIONS AND SEND THEM TO ME WITH THE ANSWERS) 1) How long did it take you to get to M5? 2) HR is a hard job to maintain. Do you feel ready? 3) How will you support Bozenat Empire, being an HR? 4) Are you ready to be in charge of big groups of members? 5) Do you feel like you deserve to be an HR? 6) What do you think is more important: Honor, Strength, Respect, or Equality? 7) Have you improved in your sword fighting skills since M1? 8) Have you improved in your gun fighting skills since M1? ------------------- The following is the guide to what ranks can do and how they are different. (L1) Private - Start training. (L2) Private First Class - You are a good example for members below you. You deserve the rank. (L3) Private Second Class - You are showing progression and will be given an original job. (L4) Private Third Class - It is obvious you care about ranking up in the group and are getting closer to MRs. You might command one or two members in a certain job. (L5) Trooper - You are officially a member of Bozenat Empire! You are the highest of the LRs and are likely to take on some tasks that those below you may not be able to do. (M1) Sergeant - You might be able to assist a trainer in training LRs. (M2) Ranger - You have accomplished some challenges and deserve this rank. You are a good example for those below you. (M3) Master Trooper - You have ranked up a lot of ranks and now have experience in fighting for Bozenat Empire. It wasn't too easy. (M4) Elite Trooper - You have mastered the fighting style of Bozenat Empire and are ready to take the field of commanding. (M5) Force Commando - This is the first job that requires you to command groups of members below you. You may have practice in this task, too, so you are more likely to be an HR. (H1) Officer - It has been a long way. You will begin hosting trainings of your own, under certain circumstances, and you must read all forums (like this) that I post, but be careful, activity is important! You are able to command specific forces. (H2) General - You have experience in leading others into battle and have knowledge as to how to host a training. You are an official commander. (H3) Admiral - Well, you are admired! You've came this far, from the beginning, and have the ability to host trainings of your own! You can have your own schedule of trainings as well. Warchief - You have been loyal to me since, probably, the very beginning and have experience in the group-leading field. It is unlikely you will be demoted, you are safe in the rank. Warlord - Yea, that isn't happening. Questions? Ask on the group wall or reply below!
