Clans in each tier are considered equals to each other. Based almost solely off activity in later tiers. Tier 1 - 4 Frost Clan VAK SF VOID TIER 1.5 (Zoned with either tier 1 or tier 1)- 2 UCR RAT Tier 2 - 5 RAA TGI UAF TGT RFST TIER 3 - 4 SC TRA WIJ Avaden TIER 4 - 8 FEAR SURGE TCC TFC EL NFC AA VS Tier 5 - 7 AI AcR SM TNI ZC AF Fleetcom Tier 5.5 - 3 BEAR SD EE Tier 6 - 10 LS RSF TSL USSF XL SS APN TSL Salurian Kalash 7 - 3 SL LoB AG 8 - 4 (Bad clans) FMC SWT RTDF GG Indev clans excluded Post if I forgot a good clan, would be happy to knock out some tier 8 clans

UCR has improved a Ton since killer took over 20+ to rallies and a bunch of top rulers in and out TBS RAT crushes with activity, FoL is a good addition @ez Did tiers to avoid flame wars, some clan in a tier might be able to beat all the others, but just not too badly
