A new CSKA Sofia will be created in the amateur leagues apparently. Unfortunately, it is owned by a guy who is allegedly connected to the Bulgarian mafia. "if i find out that razor teeth has been making fun of me, i'll turn him into cat food and lots of it"

Well to be fair considering the guy is apparently Bulgaria's wealthiest person and has big links to the government in a way it's not too bad since he could easily get the team back to relevancy in less than a decade.
