How do ban appeals work?

My Main account got terminated but it said I still had a chance to appeal. I already know what I'm going to say even though I doubt it'll work but how do I do it? Do I send the ban appeal via my terminated gmail? Idk what to do please help .-.

Send the appeal to [email protected] Note: You get one shot at this as far as I know. I think you have to send it from the 3mail registered with the account.

I got got an email and my account is no longer terminated but since I broke the rules the penalty will end at 6/24 . Thank you guys for your support and have a nice day :D.
