Let BC members have the limit of hats they wear bigger than the lower ranks based on their rank. It can be like this (It doesn't have to be and it's random): NBC: 2 hat limit | BC: 3 hat limit | TBC: 4 hat limit | OBC: 5 hat limit [ Content Noscoped ]
