If a comment is reported an admin will see it and if it is approved inappropriate or is spam then the comment will be deleted then it will be added to the list. Then if someone tries to make that comment again they will be unable to. Note that this can not stop spam, it can only stop it from spreading.

This is an amazing idea! Complete support. There would have to be a number of times it was reported though, because there may be different situations that the comment was acceptable. I couldn't think of a very good signature.

@mike Yeah, but the ones they do pay attention to could help get rid of the others they don't pay attention to. I couldn't think of a very good signature.
