I will require my 2ic to resign from high rank or leadership positions in other groups.
I've noticed that people I bring in as high rank who are high ranks in other groups don't do much for my group.

It is when you don't have any proper high ranks to start with. When I received Gallantry I had nothing, every resource I have now was either made by me or I had to spend hours looking for it.
Nothing was provided for me by past leaders and the clan was completely dead. Now it has tech of its own, a quality base, activity, and all it needs is repaired leadership. Once I find a proper 2ic it should be fine for awhile.

@Heydude, The activity is due to me recruiting for days at a time. The active members aren't capable of being high ranks and the veterans aren't interested.
