Welcome to the Laws of France, this is only the first version, made by the royal family without the council's consent. New laws will be created soon.
Section 1: General Laws
● These laws apply to EVERY SINGLE PERSON that is in the group. Nobody, not even royals or judges can get free passes.
● Murder is Illegal
-Self Defence against a person is legal, but you will be punished if we find out it wasn't self defence. An accidental murder is not accounted for.
-The Punishment for murder varies on the person you kill. If you kill a Peasant or Citizen, it is jail time. If you kill a soldier or an officer, or a judge, etc. your punishment is life in jail. If you kill a royal, you shall be executed and exiled.
● Stealing is Illegal
-You may not steal anything from anybody, unless you are permitted.
-Stealing is not a major crime and only results in warnings or jail time.
● Harassment is Illegal
-Harassment in France is counted as cursing at someone, damaging them repeatedly with a weapon, saying rude things about them etc. etc.
-Punishment includes jail time if it is serious, or as simple as a warning.
Section 2: Military Laws
● All military personnel must follow these laws.
● Killing of citizens is illegal.
-Punishment is jail time or removal from military.
● You may order civilians in case of an emergency
-You may order civilians in case of an emergency, for example, if there is a surprise raid you may order civilians to get cover or hide. If they deny your orders, you have the right to damage them, NOT KILL THEM.
