To become an Excelled Rogue Bender, you must be tested by the Rogue Leader or a Rogue Council Member. It's about as challenging as a Master test.
To become Rogue Sniper, you must be tested by the Rogue Leader or a Rogue Council member. You must get the council/leader to red.
To become a Rogue Council member, you must send in an application to the Rogue Leader. There is a maximum of 5 Rogue Council. If you send in an application whilst there is 5 Rogue Council, it will be ignored. After you send in the application, it is up to the Rogue Leader on how he will test you, if the Rogue Leader considers you. The Rogue Council application link is down below.
