No no no... Not preview before buying, we already have that. Making shirts and waiting for them to verify just to find out that you made a mistake on it then waiting for it to verify again takes ages. Just like that run-on sentence. What I'm saying is that you should be able to view the clothes you are about to upload on a roblox character BEFORE uploading. On a 3D model. No one else would be able to see it, so it's not like it's going to allow offensive shirts through. It would just be incredibly helpful.

Wait a sec, when a shirt is being verified it doesn't have a template id (shirt id -1)
