Hello there, I'm TopScrimmersRCL. Even though my name is TopScrimmersRCL, I'd just like to create a rough list of RCL'ers because of a lack of a decent list. So, before the list starts, I'd like to explain MY DEFINITION of an RCL'er: - RCL'er: a person who actively participates in RCL events, fights proficiently with RCL weaponry, and lacks a toxic personality I'd also like to state that this list is NOT based 100% on 1v1's. This list factors 1v1's, team-work capabilities, and overall value to the RCL community.
