To this day, The Noble Sabers has declared war upon Chronim.

War will commence on Tuesday, July 10th, of next month..
These are proposed war terms.
If any terms are unsatisfactory to Chromim, it can be revised to fit their needs. Also, it has to be legitimate.

These are the presented terms.
-First clan to 10 wins.
-The High Rank for the offensive group will receive admin at the defenders fort, to check logs if needed.
-If an exploit has occurred, the raid is void and neither group wins.
-No uniform raiding.
-1 ally is permitted.
-Flaming is allowed but personal attacks are not.
-The group that we war with cannot be more than 10 times our size
-You have 1 hour to emerge victorious, or in defeat.
-You must notify the other High Rank for a raid 15 minutes before the raid.
-If something at either group's fort breaks it is a draw.

Ally Terms:
-Must be in ARC, if they aren't, they will be kicked.
-If a member in ARC is flaming, a HR in NS, or a HR in a Chronim, has a right to appropriately consequence them.
Those are the terms. If Chronim backs out, it will be a win for NS and ARC.

War Term Ammdenments:
-When war terms are agreed upon, it starts right away.
-We are not setting limits on allies. Not happening.
-All high ranks online must be informed by the enemy side upon raiding to make sure they are actually online.
-The group size is irrelevant. We will bring in whomever we wish.
-2 hour raid limit.
-15 to winner.
-Further negotations about fort viability.
-We must further meet to discuss for the possiblity of the war. |

If possible, we could also test out eachother's bases to see if they are too laggy or not. I don't want another raid with me lagging a shtload happening. |

Before signing in,
If you could possibly be more fair with the spawns it would be appreciated, because we can ignore the amount of lag but not the long process of walking we have to take to cross a bridges who is already flooded of people. If you can't be equal and fair then we are not raiding you, because that is an humiliation for us. |
