Leaving Groups Suggestion

When somebody leaves a group, there should be an option that the group owner could toggle, and this feature would be if people leave a group, they will join back and automatically ranked to what they were when they left (useful for suspended stuff) and can only be changed when the rank is edited, again this feature is simple, easy but useful, and it will be optional to have.
