You are not allowed to over-shout or abuse the group status in any way. You are allowed to use the group status for interviews, meetings, or any very important messages. If you are not sure whether it is important enough, please post it on the group wall just in case. Please do not use emojis in the group shout. Do not use the group status for telling people about your birthday, telling people that you will be inactive, and for doing QOTDs. Only people who have permission can do QOTDs.

If you got demoted, do not complain about it. In fact, 90% of people who do NOT complain about their demotion actually end up getting their rank back. Amazing, right? That's why you have to be a good sport about getting demoted! But remember, you always have to earn your rank back. You can not just "magically" get your rank again.
