THIS WILL BE AFTER MULTIPLAYER STUDIO COMES OUT
TLDR:; There should be a new event for aspiring developers to get together and make group projects for prizes (hats, fame, ect.)
Idea: A new event would take place sometime every year for builders and developers of all kinds to form a group and make a game revolving around a chosen topic. (horror, sports, a certain color)(no sponsors please)
Applying: Rule 1: Must have at least 500 place visits to apply to eliminate the possibility of getting someone who doesn't know how to build, script, or develop in general.
Rule 2: Must be recommended by 10 other people so that the ROBLOX staff knows that you are an actual developeer. (Will check IP if possible to keep alts from voting) (Only 5 Friends allowed to vote for you)
Step 1: Go to the event page
Step 2: Click apply
Step 3: Get your friends and other people to go to your profile. Under other there will be a new option that will say "Recommend" After someone clicks it your recommendations will go up by 1.
Step 4: If you are eligible for the contest 1 week post after applying then you will be put into a group with 3 other approved developers. Start contacting each other and start your project.
The Project: The "Free Models" section is removed from ROBLOX studio for the people participating. The only models you can use are those uploaded by yourself. Your group will begin production and will have 2 weeks or so to complete it. All the games will be submitted to the "Games" tab under a new area called "Event games." The users can then visit and vote for those they want to win using the voting system. The game with the most votes by the end of 3 days will be declared winner and receive their prizes. The new areas such as "Event Games" and the recommend button will go away and free models will be added back to the participators.
The winners: There will be 3 different voting areas for the games. Style, Gameplay, and Topic. There will be winners in each one of the categories and for the game that gets the overall most up-votes.

I dont like the applying rules. what if someone builds nice things but nobody discovers them. Also what if they just want to have fun building and if they lose, ok. Also why doesnt roblox just make one player contests like they used to have.
