This has a few kinks,
-IF you copy someones-(blah) You can't copy unless the builder has it copy unlocked. (Unless by illegal methods, such as hacking.)
So if they do that they are practically GIVING their place away. However for clothing, I agree you should give credit. I have copied clothing that has gone off-sale and gave credit to the owner even with short reasoning on why.
-Freemodels- *ahem* FREE models, they're put to be used in other peoples games, to an unlimited amount, and like already said most builders that use freemodels are usually unable to create say- scripts, and their own structures. or look at freemodles to a framework. Then there are those who make their place out of freemodels which I can understand since it seems like it's not their place after throwing a bunch of stuff in. Those places are usually unpopular- and making a place out of freemodels that does get popular takes some dedication from the builder.
-Roleplaying, Well to be honest I'm sort of mutual here, I slightly agree and disagree. I can see how people slip past the OD-rule due to role-play but then you got to think of it, they're trying to live a fantasy. Have you ever read a book? or watch some show and wanted two characters to mingle? It often leads to in-depth stories which I like. Though people do OD a lot on those places, since it's roleplay it should stay allowed but- There's a problem here too, it's too complex of an issue. You bend one way and you've fallen over. You can't find a Goldilocks zone in this issue it's best to leave it as is.
Final Verdict - I do not support.
I do not see these rules aside from the crediting rule passing.
Enforcing the free-modeling rule would be too hard, and builders are liable to get offended and ridiculed after ban/warning.
Enforcing the RP rule is just like said too complex of an issue.
However the credit rule can be applied, there is a large problem with enforcing it though. It's not really a rule more of a moral suggestion, and finding out if it's copied or not and then banning/warning the user would be difficult unless identified by the community members, and I'm pretty sure there already is a banning method in place. Report those copies mate.
