you can do it, just need a few things
first learn to drive and get a car, no girl at an upperclassmen age wants to get rides with parents, and its lame if only the girl can drive and she has to drive your ass to dates
second assess yourself honestly, and adjust standards accordingly
third, just talk to them. if you notice they pay attention to you, and that they either give cue signs like messing with their hair or acting nervous around you, then chances are they probably like you
if you have steps 1 and 2 down, never be afraid to offer to hang out if they seem friendly enough. if she doesnt bring friends, its a date. if she does, then youve been friendzoned and you either need to pry deeper and play the long game or move on if she aint worth

girl liked 5-6 of my old instagram pics, and they were all selfies (normally i'd say instagram likes mean nothing, but 5-6 likes???)
so anyways, i liked a couple of hers
she goes to my school, in a grade lower than mine, but we've never met irl even tho i followed her on insta and she followed back
so what's the play here? wait until school starts so we can meet irl? add her on snapchat and send her msgs even tho im essentially a stranger?

ask for her snapchat on instagram, or for her number if u two can get to know each other on it well enuff. i mean giving ur snapchat wont hurt to someone whos on ur instagram and going to the same school.

honestly its more for the sake of the relationship between you and the girl as it is for other people
when someone sees a couple get out of the car and notice the girl is driving, its not that weird since couples take turn driving most of the time
as for the personal relationship, the girl is more than likely going to feel turned off and not look to you as the man of the relationship if she has to drive you around all day like shes your mom |

You should only let the girl drive if
A. You're drunk or high
B. You have some injury that literally prevents you from driving (im talking like broken foot here)
C. She wants to drive (Less than 1% odds this will occur) |

as for the girl and the instagram thing
if they were all selfies, then yeah it can be a subtle clue she saw you from some post, thought you were cute, then went through your pictures to check you out further
waiting for school isn't that good of an idea. at the very least DM her and chat, maybe even ask to hang out after a while
at least show interest early on, so when school starts and you see each other more often it wont be so weird to talk in person. however school is still a month and a half off, if you talk to her that entire time and neither of you bring up hanging out in person before then then it probably aint gonna fly |
