There is most likely an extension for this on the Chrome Store, but I believe it should be made into a feature.
So, let's say you're on the Forums. You find a post which looks interesting, and you decide to post a reply to it. You then go about your business, continuing foruming, maybe playing some games, before logging of ROBLOX to do other things.
Unbeknownst to you this entire time, someone was replying to your post. You would have engaged them, but you had no idea they were even talking to you.
However, what if you were to be notified when your name is mentioned on the Forums?
How this would work is very simple. You make your post, and go about your business.
Someone would see your post, and would begin their post with "@[Username]", which directs the following message to you. The minute they post this, you would get a notification, possibly in your Messages, which would look something like this;
"[Username] has replied to your post on the subject of [Post Subject]!", along with their reply. The notification would also include a link to the post and would automatically center the screen to the individuals reply.

I would support, but most people don't use the full username. For example, if I was on a thread, the Xdis account would be getting lots of PMs, rather than me.

Perhaps a part of this feature could be a predictor? You start typing the first 3 or 4 letters of the persons username, and the system automatically fills it to the correct name judging by the previous replies.

well the problem with guessing the first few letters of a username is that if someone responds to me with @red, then the system would probably see like 5 million players+ with the name "red" in it. maybe instead, for example, if you wanted to reply to this post you would click a reply button under my post and type whatever you want to reply with. then, i'd be notified if someone clicked reply on my post. |

Not really, no. I myself could probably code it and I've only had about 4 months of experience with scripting.
