My Account Terminated

On my old account, I got hacked. Then, I got terminated for threat, offensive use of language, etc. But, it wasn't me who did it! I appealed to ROBLOX support, and they wouldn't lift my ban, even though I told them to check everything, not just the language and offensive items! What should I do to get my account back?

I spent at least 100 dollars on that account too! I either want a refund, or my account back!

They'd only unban you if you were legitimately hacked and the hacker did it. If it was somebody else got on your account then no chance of getting it back. And asking for a refund isn't going to work either, because: "1. Billing All sales of Roblox products and services are final, including virtual items and currency. No refunds will be given. If you believe an unauthorized charge was made under your account, you must notify us immediately so that we may take appropriate action."

Dammit...They got nothing on me. Lol, great hackers know how to change their IP to ours >_< It's not like ROBLOX would believe me. Goodbye VileAsian, I miss you :C NOW LETS GO PLAY PS3 AND GO ON STEAMMM Roblox could at least transfer our items to a different account, sheesh.

I don't know OP, what if you just fell for a petty scam? It's happened to me before, I learned it the hard way. Lost an Overseer's Eye that way. generic signature made by average oter
