These are the General Rules of all of the group's places. You are expected to follow these or you may suffer consequences such as demotions or even being banned. Customers are also expected to follow these basic rules. If you took someone's spot, accept it and give it back 3. if you talk back to a higher rank (ST+), please know that your rank is at risk, and we will not restore it. Rules for Barista-Senior Barista 1. Do not let your power over Trainees get to your head, there will always be someone more powerful than you in Canada Coffee Time 2. Do not make-up your own rules for behind the counter. Follow the rules provided. 3. READ THE HANDBOOK 4. Never talk back to HRs or MRs. Please know that your rank is at risk, and we will not restore it. (You will have to work your way up again) Rules for IA-BoD 1. Your job is to supervise the LRs and the MRs lower than you. 2. Do not let your power get to your head, since you are MRs. 3. READ THE HANDBOOK 4. Never talk back to HRs or higher MRs. Please know that your rank is at risk, and we will not restore it. You will be the trainers for the trainees. 2. Be kind! Do not let your rank get to your head! 3. NEVER IGNORE LOWER RANKS Rules for BoD-CEO 1. Supervise the lower ranks 2. Be Kind! 3. Never ignore the lower ranks! 4. Be sure to answer questions! ▷Rules of the Meeting Centre Rules for everyone 1. Always listen to the host. 2. When the host calls for silence, YOU ARE SILENT. 3. Don't interrupt. ESPECIALLY DON'T SAY "QUESTION" OR "I WANT TO MAKE A SPEECH" OR THE HOST'S NAME. IT IS VERY RUDE. 4. If you disrespect the host, this may lead to a demotion. 5. As the host, you always answer questions/comments AT THE END. 6. Use the two strike rule(will be explained at the end of this forum). 7. ALWAYS HAVE A TOPIC FOR THE MEETING AND A PLAN! 9. BE RESPECTFUL! ▷Rules of the Group Wall 1. Absolutely no spamming. 2. No advertising. 3. No profanity(swearing) 4. No saying "I haven't been ranked yet!" or "This group sucks!". Please contact a CSO+ for a rank-up or a ST+ with a complaint. If it is an HR complaint, contact a CEO+. 5. BE RESPECTFUL TO OTHERS! ▷Rules of the Group Shout 1. No advertising your group! 2. Please include a QoTD(Question of the Day). For this will keep everyone entertained! 3. No Profanity(swearing). 4. ONLY SHOUTS WITH A GOOD REASON!(training, meeting, or interview announcements). Or something that is happening at the cafe like exploiting. 5. BE RESPECTFUL! -BULLYING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. IF YOU BULLY, THIS WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC DEMOTION TO CUSTOMER! YOU WILL ALSO BE BANNED FROM ALL OF THE GROUP PLACES!! ▷Closing Note You are expected to follow these rules even if you are a guest. I hope to see Dairy Queen! as a respectful, loving place that you can look forward to working or socializing at! You all are doing an outstanding job here of making Dairy Queen! a bully-free zone.
