Putting things in hexadecimal that break the rules? Because all your putting in is a bunch of random letters and numbers. And the only way to decode them is by putting them in a site or knowing the language by heart. Because all your basically saying is gibberish. Is it allowed? OR will you still be banned?

If it is considered "profanity" you can be banned for it, regardless of the language.
