roblox stole 10 dollars credit from me, can a mod help

I had it in my credit on the upgrade page. I looked just now and it wasn't there. my BC expires 8/8 and I wasn't going to renew it anyways but if I ever came back that was so I didn't have to pay for BC

I don't know how to provide proof, it's not like I took a picture of the 10 dollars... they deny everyone anyways, I got 750k value stolen and provided amazing proof and got denied.

It automatically renews. Remember to cancel your subscription first, then let the remaining time expire. Otherwise, it will assume you want to renew and will take your $10 credit until it runs out.
