I heard that everyday, about 2,000 users get banned (not sure if this is still true). I was amazed by this statistic. I believe these people should get a trial before they get banned. First, the person accused of violating the rules should get a lawyer.
The job of the lawyer is to help defend the defendant of his/her actions and if that person really did that action. The moderator who performed the moderation action should be the judge. The jury duty is a random selection of Roblox users who has to show up at the court trial or else they get banned. The court should be located in one of the Roblox admin's place. |

well now...
take the number of players getting banned (2000)
and multiply it by the number of players dutying jury (12)
you end up with
24000 players getting banned
every day
and then every single player that doesn't really feel like doing jury duty also gets banned because of exponential growth
because the jury duty members get trials too |

This is ROBLOX, not real life. Getting banned isn't that much of a biggie. The appeal system is enough 'trial' for users dumb enough to get banned. |

half the skids on roblox are 9 year olds who don't know how to properly tie their shoes, what makes you think they'd show up to a virtual court? they'd still say 'im sueing him for 500 robux because hes a noob lol'. robloxians are too immature to take something like that seriously. |

nobody wants to spend time going through court. they want to play the game, and if they get banned, too bad. so many people get banned everyday and not enough judges would be available. |
