Its easy to notice all the FRP'ers out there on roblox. Anyone knew to RP'ing is encouraged to read this entire forum. Please do if you are not good at RP'ing. I myself am excellent at RP'ing. So. Lets get started!

These are what you must have in a RP
Name:You may have whatever name you please. Middle is optional
Age: Any age you choose but must match other things about your character.
Affiliation: If you are in a faction you put this here.
Height: Unless youre a giant the limit would most likely be 6'4.
Traits: The traits of your character
Despises: What your character does not like.

Rules of RP

Godmoding: Godmoding is when someone hurts you or damages you and you say -dodges- or -blocks- when it is clear it did not happen. There is no "Dodging or Blocking in a RP Unless someone is shot and you then duck. This is not godmoding.
Example of Godmoding:-Aims and shoots Jason- -Dodges-
Not Godmoding: -aims and shoots Jason- -Falls the ground, as blood leaks from wound-

FRP'ing: Fail Roleplaying is when you do not roleplay correcteley. If you break any of these rules that is considered FRP'ing.

NLR: New Life Rule is when you are killed and you create another char and then, you go back to the same spot and you say Im going to destroy your secret base in the mountains. This is wrong. NLR States, you cannot go to the same location within 2 minutes and your character does not know the same things.
Example of NLR:-Bullets go into head- -Makes another char- -Goes do something and comes back to spot after or over 2 minutes, and asks Hi, Im going to find your base eventually wherever it is.
Breaking NLR: -Dies- -makes new char- -comes back to spot in 30 secs- "Im going to find your base in the mountains!!!"

RDM: Random death match is fighting randomly.
Example of RDM: -Walks by- -pulls out gun and shoots leg- -other person shoots back-
Not RDM'ing:-walks by- -keeps walking-

PTK: Permission to kill is when you are going to kill someone HOWEVER, You must ask for A PTK. If they say "No" Then you are prohibited from killing him/her. If they saw "Yes" then you may kill him/her.
Example of PTK: -Fires a bullet into leg- -aims gun at forehead- (PTK?) (No/Yes)
Breaking PTK: -Fires a bullet into leg- -aims gun at forehead- -shoots-

The form of chat in a roleplay is keen to having a good RP.
Chatting: You have 2 choices. "Hi" or Hi.
Using Outside chat: You MUST Put outside chat into parentheses such as (What is your RP Name man?) (Or XD Lol man so funny)
Doing Actions: Here are some forms of actions in a RP
-Takes Bottle- *Takes Bottle*
-I'd Take the bottle- *I'd Take The Bottle*

Commands of a RP
OOC: This is only used during fighting RP games. Such as You go somewhere and You say OOC This means the enemy cannot fire upon you or perform actions on you. This also stands for Out of Conflict.

If You're Confused on the Height, Heres a little tip
First Number:Feet
Second Number:Inches
For Example: 5'11 / 5 Feet, 11 Inches
There are 12 inches in a foot. |

Best guide for learning Vocabulary. OOC I never knew, PTK never knew.
However I say the CS's should be left up to the author, because some traits are not applicable in certain ones.
I would suggest downloading a character planner (preferably an app) for this, and practice using the chat as a sort of solo story mode. |

Good Guide Thingy but, nobody follows these rules they usually break the god modding rule and every time i say *stabs his arm with sword* they are like *arm heals in two seconds* so i just ignore them but then pretty soon i am ignoring the whole server, when is there ever going to be good RPers |
