Baylor doesn't play the bright side of a barn until november. LITERALLY IT'S: @SMU vs Lamar BYE WEEK vs Rice vs Texas Tech @ Kansas vs West Virginia vs Iowa State BYE WEEK good luck playing your 4 toughest teams for back to back weekends at the end of the season and 3 of those games being on the road: @ Kansas State vs Oklahoma @ Oklahoma State @TCU then you have the annual bloodbath win to finish off the season: vs Texas

My god. Honestly, something needs to be done about the "soft scheduling", I would take an 11-1 team in another strong over a 12-0 Baylor just to make them pay for getting a free run in their out of conference games Same kind of goes to the SEC teams who don't schedule anyone good (you know who you are)

@Donald Teams that don't schedule a single "power 5" conference team. I mean, at second glance, I see that Baylor's playing a 9 game conference schedule so that's a LITTLE different, but they can definitely do better than SMU-Lamar-Rice.

LAMAR WILL BEAT BAYLOR CALLING IT

Yeah I would agree, I mean looking at the first three weeks, it's a free 3-0 record. Despite Baylor playing the cupcake teams, theres a catch, the last 4 weeks (especially the games on the road) are going to be hell.

"vs West Virginia" West Virginia is always a tough team. They're projected to finish in the top 5-6 of the conference this year. Who blocked off Baylor from being in the NCAAF playoff last year? "@ Kansas State vs Oklahoma @ Oklahoma State @TCU" K-State isn't going to be very good next season. They shouldn't finish in the top 5 of the conference. Otherwise yeah it's pretty tough for Baylor. "then you have the annual bloodbath win to finish off the season: vs Texas" Definitely shouldn't count this as an easy win. Slip-ups happen, and if Baylor manages to ride out the season 11-0 to this point, a loss would really hurt.

You schedule game YEARS before the season approaches. Perhaps in 2009 Baylor expected to be total crap in 2015 so they scheduled crap as a result?

"i wouldn't be too down on kansas state, they seem to always be underrated in the preseason" hmmm, no tyler lockett, jake waters, or curry sexton. besides a decent interior offensive line, they have no offense. no points "texas will probably be a blowout but ya never know!" seriously doubt it will be a blowout, baylor hasn't beaten us by more than 20 points since the RG3 days

"hmmm, no tyler lockett, jake waters, or curry sexton. besides a decent interior offensive line, they have no offense. no points" sounds like its time for new players to step up and prove you wrong "seriously doubt it will be a blowout, baylor hasn't beaten us by more than 20 points since the RG3 days" good luck trying to even come close again with tyrone swoopes as your qb

"sounds like its time for new players to step up and prove you wrong" That would be one of the biggest shocks of the college football season if Kansas State finished in the top 4 of the conference "good luck trying to even come close again with tyrone swoopes as your qb" God damn you're right........LOL..............

Really? One of the biggest shocks of the college football season, sir? Maybe just surprising, but after what Bill Snyder had done there? Might wanna rethink that statement

Don't get me wrong, Bill Snyder is a college football coaching LEGEND but I seriously doubt he can take this K-State team (which I only expect good defense from and that's about it) to an 8-win season or better. Bowl game? Oh yeah definitely, sure
