1) A Mute Button/Color Name.
Description:
As In Cindering's 'ROBLOX High School', There is a Mute Button On The Corner Of Chat To Mute Other Players. I Feel This Would Be Useful in All Games If Someone is Bothering You, Or You Simply Don't Want To Deal With Someone Who Just Keeps Talking and Won't Shush.
2)Emoji's In Game

For BC-TBC-and OBC, Emoji's Aloud In Chat! I Got This Idea From Twitch, Where Subscribers Can Use What is Like, Emoji's. I Feel This Would Be Nice, But Also Keep a Limit To The Amount Of Emoji's One May Use In a 'Phrase'. [Side Note: 3 Emoji's a 'Phrase?']
