Because, it was such a let down because at the time i tried it, i was trying to get into metal and the first impression got me hyped (there was a story of a priest arguing with a fan if it was satanic or not) so i thought it was this dark, heavy and great band.
But then i listened to it and got so let down.

they stole basically their entire look and sound from both glam metal and buttmetal like Metallica and Avenged Sevenfold
then they took slight elements from metalcore and messed up that too

and admittedly, i'm probably not their target demographic because i don't like metal or whatever this crap is in the slightest, nor am i emo or scene
but holy crap i do not like them
it doesn't help my first exposure to them was through some girl i knew on Tumblr that had a crush on their terrifying-looking lead singer and kept posting pictures of him on her blog |
