Please ban fake titles

I think fake titles should be in the rules because it feels degrading when you join a game that doesn't match the title. I'm sure alot of others feel the same way. I have already identified those fake title people, and I will not play their games ever again. This is also one of the reasons why this site has degraded to what it is today. There are alot of fixes that need to go on in this site, and this is just one of them.
