The moderating system on here is incredibly stupid. If you simply appeal to a family member you can get any action unbanned. Example? Back in 2012 or so, when I thought I was better than everyone on here, I decided to macs people. Had one of those fake survey sites. You know what I'm talking about. Of course, I got caught and banned for 3 days. Desperate, I sent an appeal that can be summed up as "my brother did it"... and I got unbanned. Also, IIRC there was another case where somebody pretended to be an infamous Robloxian's parents in order to get his account terminated. In before I'm banned for this post.
